Thanks Guys,

I'm being really picky now, I think maybe, if the label says < 1g but shows 0% carbs  I'm going to count that as 1 carb just to be on the safe side, at least
until I start to see a good weight loss.

Will continue to post my daily menus for the rest of the week though, just in
case I miss something.

Hi renee! :)

The FDA rules state that a product that has 0.5g to 0.9g may say "< 1g".
So, it's a good idea to count "< 1g" as 1 gram.

BTW, if a product has 0.0g to 0.4g, they may state "0g" on the label.
This is why reading the ingredients list is just as important as the carb counts.
My rule is... If ANY of the top three ingredients is high in carbs, I won't buy it.
What you do today is what matters!
