Need a Recipe
« on: September 05, 2011, 03:19:24 PM »
I'm going to a Ladies Day Breakfast (or Brunch) next weekend and would love to take something that I can eat (low carb and healthy) that everyone could enjoy!!
Anybody got a recipe that would knock their socks off it is so delicious???  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Do a quiche - you can put in whatever you want meat and veggies - rest is cheese, eggs and cream!  Easy and sooo good!  I think there might be a recipe on here in the breakfast section.  Enjoy!  ;D

The quiche is great! I put crumbled sausage, chopped broccoli, diced chicken and cheese.
