We'll flying out of Seattle-Tacoma Int'l Airport at 7:30 AM on the 4th.
That means, we need to be there at O-dark thirty in the morning to allow time for TSA stuff.

 Well it took me 3/4 days to lose the 6 pounds I gained so back to where I was before vaction  maybe I will lose 6 more pounds in 3/4 days
probably not but it would be nice

Since you have already lost your vacation weight I don't think you are doing anything wrong.  Sounds like you got it going on.  I'm not sure I trust Atkins all that much.  I've checked out their candy bars and someone can't add correctly LOL.  If you look at the front of the box it will tell you net carbs, but if you look at the label it doesn't add up to the amount on the front of the box, someone needs a calculator.

I love the Russel Stover sugar free stuff but if I eat the Atkins bars I stop losing weight. I know everyone is different but they screw me up.

Atkins bars make tylers sugar go up and some of the russell stovers do but all the atkins products do . Have yall tried the quest bars they are very good and do not make Tylers sugar go up . I use them sometimes when we are out me & tyler will split one they or 4-5 carbs

Sherrie, I am with you on the RS candies.  I have quit buying them for a while.  I'm trying to watch my sugar alcohols all together.  I'm seeing a pattern with my losses.  I go about 4-5 days at the same weight then, surprise, it drops.  Like I said in another post I'm averaging about 2 pounds a week so at this point I am extremely happy.

Thanks Suzlyn they had a RS store in TN . Tyler was having a ball in SF department . Those Pecan delights or the BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cant eat them now cause I have had teeth pulled ,good thing I guess
