Hi all, everyone is being kinda 'quite' on here this week it seems. I have had a good week, I will weigh on Sunday morning and sure that I have lost some more pounds so can't wait!
I turned 59 today, my goal is next year on my 60th birthday to have at the least 100 pounds off, but of course I am praying for even more than that.
So keep me in your prayers as I want my life back and plan to fight hard to win this battle.
I have been on fts one month as of this coming Monday, and I am doing well, not tempted to cheat, not craving, just really awesome how I have been able to stick to the fts rules.
Sure is getting cold in my neck of the woods, time to turn on the furnace, as today is very chilly at 56 degrees right now. I love soup this time of year so plan to try to make some up when I have time and freeze it for when I need it as I guess there is not one can of soup of any kind on the market we can have.;( If you know of any let me know or if you have some simple soup recipes. We love mild chili too, got to find a good recipe for that and I cannot find the black soy beans anywhere does anyone know where I can get them?
