The lowest I have ever ran across other than the I.M.Healthy 1-carb Soynut Butter is one that Suz and I found at Target.  It's Archer Farms organic chunchy peanut butter (they have smooth to).  It's 3 net carbs for 2 Tbs.  It's pretty good but this one isn't soy.  I was thinking about making the cookies with 50/50 Beanit butter.    ;D  I really don't need the sweets hanging around though.... ;) ;)

Thanks for the help everyone!  I think I'll try the beanit butter.  There are some great recipes on here that I want to make for the holiday's.
