It Still Amazes Me!

Tonight, I made chicked wrapped with bacon, and to change it up a bit, I put it in salad, just deboned it, and added cheese and lettuce, and just enough dressing. Well, sadly  ;D I didn't even eat half of it! Till I got full! I got full off of lettuce and cheese! So, I'll save the rest for lunch tomorrow!

I know what you mean.  I have to make myself eat something for supper because I don't have an appetite.  I'll fix a steak with salad and after a couple of bites, I'm full!  I try to eat as much as I can, but it's hard because I'm not hungry.

Funny you should mention that! We had squash one night, and I LOVE squash, in moderation, man, I didn't even eat half the stinkin bowl, before I got full! Needless to say, I had lunch the next day! (seems to be happening a lot lately!)

I'm NEVER full. It's the weirdest thing and makes me crazy most days. I feel like a bottomless pit.  ::)

ha ha Rena, you are so funny!  I can't really say that I am truly hungry too much.  I just LOVE to eat....even when I am NOT hungry.   I still struggle with that.  :-X

40 isn't so bad snobles!!  LOL  Of course I'm counting backwards  ;D ;D  pretty soon I'll be younger than my kids......LOL   I hope your day was special  ;)

I'm glad to say that I have the same issue.  Some nights I just don't think I want any dinner.   :P  I worry if I don't eat at regular intervals my body will go into starvation mode and hold on to everything I have  :o :o  I have to admit it isn't such a bad problem to have...LOL

I agree, Rosie! :) :) :)

When I reached 40, I thought I was starting to get old when in reality, life started getting so much better.
19 years have flown by since then and I'm looking at 60 this coming January.

But you know, since I found FTS last year, the quality of life has been getting better all the time.
Healthwise, I've been feeling like I'm in my early 30s again!
I've been doing things that I haven't done in decades!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Happy Birthday (a little late) Snobles! Hope it rocked!

Speaking of 40, I'm throwing a surprise party for my husband tonight to celebrate his 40th. Should be fun! I just got back from buying all kinds of alcohol for all the peeps and got myself a couple Michelob Ultras. I love that we even have beer we can drink with FTS!
