I could be doing better but I have admittedly slacked off a TAD, but that tad is causing an extreme slow down in my
weight loss.
I have literally been eating 99% on plan but travel, events, etc etc I have went for that bite of whatever I'm not supposed to! I have not gained, so I am happy.
An update on my friend: She's now 18 pounds down
She's "FREAKED OUT" about the whole thing LOL...but I told her to ENJOY it b/c she will slow down! She's also down TWO sizes. She's VERY happy!!!!!! I haven't seen her since she was about 8 pounds down! Can't wait!
As for me, just taking it day by day. I haven't had a chance to re-read the book but I do have it back! I will pick up the pace next week probably, maybe get to re-read the book this weekend for motivation/reminders. Otherwise, rockin
