The parkway is amazing toosweet! Now is the time,in a couple of weeks the leaves will be gone and so will we back to Florida. 8)
Rosie when you have 5 yorkies you have to have a RV.Doug calls it the "rolling kennel".We use to live in it 6 months a year when we left Florida for hurricane season, we did that for about 7 years. Now we have a house here.Scent has a huge influence on mood ! I love essential oils  for that one reason. If I am having a rough day I can sniff some peppermint and I feel better.I also keep lavender in my bed pillow to help me sleep :)

Umpa once when we were camping in Pigeon Forge I saw an RV with a verse on it, it said : MOUNTAIN STREAMS TO OCEAN DREAMS....  so I guess there are many many people out there that love both and go back and forth as we hope to do someday.  You will have to post some pretty pics of Florida while so many of us are  'snowed in'  :'(

Best of luck with your Scentsy business Rosie.  My daughter sells these too, much better than candles.   I love them!

My hat's off to you Umpa! :)

My wife and I were a landlords of several multiple-unit properties before we bought our current home.
Chronically late rent payments (or non-payments), 2:00 AM plumbing emergency calls, etc. were really wearing me out!

Dealing with tenants could test even the Lord's patience. ;D ;D ;D
Being a landlord can be VERY hard work!
What you do today is what matters!
