Yes Mrs. Umpa! He's not done looseing weight, this is about the halfway mark! The dr. told him that if his blood work came back with his A1c lower than 6.2 which she knows it will, she will take him off of blood pressure meds and diabetic meds, and probably not even consider him a diabetic anymore! Yippie!

Nothing pleases me more than seeing another diabetic cured! weight loss is wonderful and helps our overall health and well being, it's the key to revitalizing our bodies and spirit. I am so proud of your entire family for taking the group plunge into the FA TO SKINNY lifestyle. Please pass on my congratulations to Marvin.  8)

@Doug, he says he's still not done looseing weight yet, he's still got 80-90 pounds to go to reach his ultimate goal, and that we all thank you very much for your research and your books. Because without your research and books, we probably would have never achieved what we have already done, and husband will be sending in his testamony. He was wondering how many words do you need in the testamony. Do you need something simple? Or a full story? We pass along the Fat To Skinny to other people, friends and family and try to show them the light, but they're in denial with their own fad diets, even after our familes weight loss, they can see it with their own eyes, they still deny it!
