Doing great Umpa  thanks for asking.   I went on a little trip with Suz and my dad to California and was MIA for about a week.   My Aunt was having a procedure ( She did great  ;D)   so we went for a visit.    Suz and I did great with not eating anything that wasn't FTS friendly.  We even packed a cooler for snacks on the air plane LOL.    I don't know how Suz did but for me I didn't gain or lose.....so with my Aunt doing great and that..... the trip was a success.  It was fun going into different stores as well..... we spotted the Walden Farms honey bbq in one (we haven't seen that around here) and had to ship a box home  ;D ;D   Glad to be back...I've missed you guys  ;)

I don't know how Suz did but for me I didn't gain or lose.....so with my Aunt doing great and that..... the trip was a success.

With the travel and eating out a lot I was worried.  The first morning home stepping on the scale was a disaster because of water weight gain and being soooooo tired.  Glad to report this morning that I only gained one pound in the nine days we were "on the road".  With a couple strict FTS days and NO SF candies I should be able to get rid of that pretty quick.  TooSweet and I were able to stick to FTS fairly well.  Although there were times that folks "just don't get it".  Most of the restaurants worked with us but sometimes it was up to us to remove unwanted foods from our plates.  TooSweet would always ask "what comes on your salad?"  Once we ordered then something unexpected would show up like dried onion rings....what's up with that...we would have said leave them off if they had told us  >:(  It was easy to take them off but get strange looks because we looked like such picky eaters. LOL    :D
Look out Hawaii, I'm on my way!!

Oh I thought they were staring because we were so beautiful????   LOL   It doesn't bother me to be picky, it does annoy me when you ask what is on the dish and you get something else though.....grrrrr   :-\    I'm glad you did good as well Suz.  I better freeze all the candy we bought though LOL  I don't trust myself with it  ;D ;D
