This is why I love FTS

There are many reasons that I love FTS but this is one of them. Sometimes you're just HUNGRY and need a little more than normal. Yesterday was one of those days for me. I had my usual breakfast, a salad for lunch then when dinner rolled around I was hungrier than normal. My husband whipped up this amazing slider dish consisting of two small burgers, smothered in bacon, onions and cheese. PLUS he made the cheesy garlic broccoli that I love. Then I finished it off later with a piece of banana cheesecake (4 carbs) and it was awesome. Best part....I lost 2 pounds over night. You have to LOVE the FTS lifestyle.  ;D ;D ;D

WOW THAT IS AMAZING SHERRIPIE!  WISH I HAD A HUBBY THAT COULD COOK, ;D HE CANNOT EVEN FIND A PLATE HAHA AND I AM NOT MUCH BETTER AT IT THAN HIM.

I can't cook for the life of me. He is an amazing chef and spoils me to death. If it wasn't for him we would have to eat out every night. :)

That looks so yummy...can I borrow Hubby...Umpa said I could. :D  Don't you love it when you think you've over done it and still loose!  I lost 4lbs over a couple of days recently and don't know what I did.  Maybe I was really working hard. lol  I know I've been very physically active lately with work.

Congrats and relish that hubby of yours.  Mind cooks great but lately he's been so pooped.

I went to the grocery store and bought everything I would need to make that meal for my lunch on Sunday.  I hope mine turns out as good as your husband's does.  I have been wanting that meal ever since you posted that yummy picture.  Thank You.

I made this as well, with cheesy cauliflower and deviled eggs!! It was YUMMY and I was down one pound this morning!!

Tonight, I made the broccoli with the alfredo sauce and cheese. I also cooked up chicken tenders.  Took the cook broccoli and put in a baking dish, added the cooked cut up chicken tenders on top of that, poured the alfredo cheese sauce over top that ,added another sprinkle of shreaded cheddar and baked for 30 minutes in the oven at 350.  Totally awesome. Rich and talk about COMFORT FOOD.WOW!
