You can make one easily with the microwave mug cake recipes. Google it and then make it FTS friendly. It's very easy and very cakey! I posted a recipe you can use and then add cocoa to make it chocolatey.

Great idea!  I found a low-carb version but it was too much splenda in it so I think i will leave it out since it has SF syrup for sweetness and see how I like it or cut it in half or  use stevia.  Can I use stevia to bake with?

1 TBLs Butter-slightly melted
1 Egg
1 TBLs SF Syrup-I think Vanilla or Raspberry would be good
2 TBLs of Spenda (yikes that's 6 carbs-find substitute)
2 TBLs of Unsweetened Cocoa
1 TBLs Heavy Whipping Cream
Pinch of Salt

Mix and microwave for 1 minute.  Top with SF whipped topping.

I'm heading to the store for the cocoa, I had everything else.  THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !
Peace and blessings,

IzzeT

Beebs: Awful isn't it...you just want to kill someone until you get it...it's like an addict. lol

Chocolate Mug Cake-Low-carb:

I just made the flourless mug cake and it's not bad...didn't rise much but it's chocolate and it's kind of cakey so I'm satisfied for now.  It was kind of soupy before cooking, not like batter like the guy had on the video.  I used 3 packets of sweetleaf stevia instead of splenda...you can kinda taste it but w/whipped topping you don't notice so much. lol  I mixed the stevia in the melted butter so it would desolve better.

I'm happy enough for now until I get my supplies and can make the choclolate raspberry cake.!  I also saw on the netrition site a beanutbutter pie that I want to try, too. Yum

Some has been ordered from Swanson...waiting for the order to arrive.  I was desperate and the only 0 carb sweetner I had was stevia. :D  I'll try it with the xylitol once it arrives.

Izzet when you bake with xylitol its extremely sweet so you have to adjust your measurements. It dissolves great for simple syrups though.

Ok absolutely no weight loss this week but I kinda expected that but at least I haven't gained any so I'm hoping I've really lost more but the scale didn't move because of water weight and as soon as it's done I'll start dropping again.  :D

Izzet my body does that too. I don't loose anything for a few days, then once it's over I loose the water weight along with whatever else I lost. Last month I dropped 10 pounds when it was all over.  I hate the water weight!! Good luck

I know this is an old thread, but ...

Besides chocolate and sweets, my appetite is WAY higher during this time. What, besides SF candies, would be a good thing to eat? I find I eat way too much cheese because I know it's no carbs, but it really stalls me losing any weight. I just wish there was a way I could figure out how to control my appetite during this time. It's really frustrating.
