Finally made it to the 140's!!!

My highest NOT pregnant weight was 187!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  To day, I have lost 28 pounds on this eating plan.  I lost about 13 on another that was UNSUSTAINABLE.  I am now EIGHT pounds away from being BMI correct---which i know doesn't mean much, but, according to the United States, LOL, I'll be within NORMAL WEIGHT!!!!!!  It's just INSANE.   :o :o :o

We went away for the weekend and I managed to keep myself MOSTLY in check and make the right choices (MOSTLY!) and I came back only gaining 2 ounces!!!!!!!!  SO, I'll consider that a success!!!!!!

Tiny?! TINY!?!?!?   Why thank you :)  I'm 5'3 so I'm short for sure...but tiny will be in about 14 more pounds lol!  THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!\
 BTW:  Tiny is an unfamiliar word to me LOL!

Keep up the good work and you'll reach your goal.
But be careful about "carb creep"... A little here and a little there can add up to a lot.
