Ke I am no different than anyone else, just had more to lose. It really has changed my whole life completely and I am so glad I found FTS!!

During the holidays... If you can maintain and not gain, you're doing GREAT!!!

I too have been stuck for a while and I know that it has to do with how much I've been eating.
There are a couple of holiday get togethers coming up this weekend with lots of food.
After that, it should be smooth sailing! ;)

I think I have become an expert at maintaining  ;D ;D ;D  Like you Marty I love the sweets.  I plan to cut those out now that the holiday is over and see if I can get my scale moving...LOL  At least it hasn't gone up  ;)

I ate a few bites of stuff at christmas and am up a few . :P
 What I think is with the new book we start anew with all the new members  . One thing they can learn from some of us is after we have been on for awhile you think you eyeball things .  Well I do sometimes  :o

I read my new book last night & I am starting fresh like I am a new member of FTS !!!! I am also going to weigh once a month ok maybe every 2 weeks LOL
