Silicone muffin cups
« on: November 17, 2011, 08:57:12 AM »
I'm enjoying a low carb banana nut muffin this morning with my coffee which was cooked in a silicone muffin cup....very cool product, completely reusable and they are a stand alone on a cookie sheet. They are microwave safe so they would would work well for our one minute muffin recipe.

You can check them out here- http://www.amazon.com/Kitchen-Supply-2373-8-Inch-Silicone/dp/B001ET7B9Y/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1321537955&sr=8-2

With the one minute muffin recipe it would make 2 large muffins ;) Silicone bakeware is the bomb! Nothing sticks and  its cheap! :)

A friend gave me some because she thought they were junk and didn't want them - I like them so much that I got the silicone mini loaf pans, too!  :D
