I get leg cramps when I don't drink enough plain water - all day long. A friend told me to take 1 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water. Guaranteed to stop the cramps. Haven't tried it yet - been drinking water.

Sarah is correct.Doug suffers from charley horses when he doesn't get enough water ;)

Hi Joey! :)

Our bodies require lots of water to do everyday functions including weight loss.
Unlike other things, it's very difficult to get too much of it.

If you stopped eating cheeses, you may have cut off your only calcium source.
If you eat it in moderation, it is good for you and will help prevent calcium deficiency.
And in moderation, won't hamper your weight loss.

Another option is taking a calcium supplement.
However, the calcium in cheese is readily absorbed into the body.
The same can't be said for all the supplements.

Hi All

Checking in been very busy at work......stresssssssssssssss... anyway... As of this morning weighted in at 309.6 lbs..... It would be great if I can hit the 300 mark by the end of March......



Dec 2005- Lapband - 323 lbs... Got down to 267 lbs... Over the years regained weight.
