Been on and off ... I really need to get my mojo going

restarted LC again on 6/30- @ 330 lbs

But miss the crew here

Dec 2005- Lapband - 323 lbs... Got down to 267 lbs... Over the years regained weight.
Restart LC on  9/12/15-

Steady -3 lbs.. no gain / no loss for July 03....

I need to watch out on July 04,,,,, Family get together and food involved...Yikes

Hi, Joe! :)

There will be times out weight will not change while we are shrinking in size.
I believe this is due to the body temporarily replacing lost fat with water.
Since water is heavier than fat, the scale will be fooled, but you won't! ;D

The 4th has celebrations loaded with VERY carby junk.
But as you know, we use replacements (e.g. faux potato salad using cauliflower).

Remember, success involves 90% preparation, 10% execution.
Pack some low carb snacks and treats with you.
If any require the fridge, bring them in a cooler.
