I watched the whole time it was on.  Boy they went way to fast!!!  Although they did talk about it several times.  Doug you did great!!    I was sad that I didn't see Sherri.  Is there going to be another day or did they just run out of time to have her on??  Great job though

I got the live stream uip but my internet is so slow it kept going out . So sherrie wasnt even on  WTH ?

Doug must have been on during the first hour because I watched the last two hours and only saw them give his list of tips. The funny thing is that the video they ran next to his list of tips showed lots of high carb foods like spaghetti.

We just finished taping and it was SO fun! Doug rocked it of course and I just smiled and talked and talked. LOL

Doug did the Daily Buzz but they cut the second segment with me in it. So I just was on the GalTime show with Doug. They are going to send us links for the forum so everyone can watch. It was a really fun experience and great to finally meet Doug in person. I am posting a couple of pics below. You have GOT to see Doug's truck, it was awesome. Missed you Umpa! I was hoping you would be there

I was more nervous about not being skinny enough to tell people about loosing weight, than the actual act of being on there. Being on the show was a lot of fun and Doug was giving me pointers so it all went smoothly.

I watched you guys this morning and was so happy to see FTS being featured on TV again.
I pray it gets more folks to change their high carb ways and join us.

Looking at that wheel barrow full of sugar bags, I see how Doug gets his exercise!
