I wish I had some hotdogs! Maybe I could make shy turtles? I've been thinking of this dish since I saw it a couple days ago! :D I think I'll save it for a party. What fun! :D :D

My house smells like chocolate BROWNIES tonight! It's torture, I tell you! I KNOW what they TASTE like - I already ate TWO! :o I'm going to have to put them in the freezer ASAP! (much better than those ginger cookies i made, for SURE!) ::)

 :D Hey Unpa! I tried the turtles last night, and I think I did something wrong.  I made the tky patties, then added the cheese and bacon weave, then  baked it off in the oven...but was I supposed to cook the patties first and then add the stuff and just crisp it all in the oven?  My turtles were fine, but there was too much juice in the foil when I pulled them out of the oven...so the bacon was pretty gummy...hmmmm 
Even so, the flavor was great...I added dill pickle relish to to the top of mine when I went to eat it.  Ah, pickles...no, I'm not pregnant. ;D ;D ;D

I make them on the grill because I like the bacon crispy. I like pickles too Jess!! ;)
