How is everyone.. Ive been MIA and really missed your guys.. Just got a lot going on and I look fwd to Jan.. All the foods,parties, stress, anxiety, finals, work, blah blah blah... everything that can be a trigger surrounds me.. but overall, I have been good... not losing and only gained 3 lbs... not off the wagon... Its so hard this time of year.. I really commend all of you who are sooooo good... I applaud you...
Anywho, got to get back to work, but wanted to say HELLO!!!!!!

Hi Alex! :)

I was wondering where you went and hoping that you didn't quit.
It's so nice to hear from you again!

This is the most "slippery" time of year.
The holidays mess with just about everybody and cause many to quit.
But don't let the holidays stress you out or derail you.

If you do "slip", you know what to do to fix the damage.
And if you give to God what you can't control, you'll find peace this Christmas. :)

If you ever need a little extra help, don't be such a stranger!

ALEX!!!! Great to hear from you and that you are doing well and hanging in there over the holidays.  Please keep in touch.  We are all struggling with the holiday fare all around us, I assure you. lol

Hey Sweet Alex!  I have been keeping up with you on facebook, so I knew you were ok! ....and you just celebrated a birthday too!   Hope it was GREAT!

I may have to holler at you if I have any money left after Christmas.   I think I need some of that Mary Kay Time Wise for my wrinkles.  ;)  Love ya!
