Would these work if you just substituted almond flour for regular flour, or would you need to mix it with something else?

Have you ever used soy flour Rena?When I make things that have to be rolled out ,like scones,I use soy.Almond flour is sticky and you have to move quick when mixing it.You can try almond and just sprinkle the top of the dough and rolling pin with soy flour so it doesn't stick.These are really cute. ;)

I have used soy, and ironically, I have soy and no almond flour right now. So, maybe I'll give it a try. Thanks so much!
