Here or 2 different recipes of fudge to try I always make half to see if I Like it !

16 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese               8 carbs
2 oz unsweetened cocoa                          0 carbs
24 drops FAT TO SKINNY Zero Sweetener 0 carbs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c nuts (optional)               4 carb

beat cream cheese till smooth. Add Zero/chocolate/vanilla, blend till smooth. Add nuts if applicable. Spread into 8x8 foil lined glass dish and refrigerate. Cut into 1" squares. depending on the size dish will decide how thick your pieces or & how many carbs per piece 8-12 carbs per recipe split the recipe to make sure you like it .

the 2nd one

1 stick of butter                   0 carbs
3 1/2 T cocoa                      0 carbs
5 drops FAT TO SKINNY Zero Sweetener 0 carbs
5 T heavy whipping cream     5 carbs
...2 teaspoon vanilla
Pretty tasty!

Just made this (the second recipe). How long does it take to harden or does it stay pretty soft?

Like chocolate butter -- ha! But if you need a little chocolate fix, that'll do it. I'm going to get some cream cheese and try the second one, too. My mom used to make that fudge out of Velveeta cheese when I was little. Either that, or the ladies at the hospital made it and she brought it home a lot. I'm sure that would be too high carb though with the cheese. I'll try the cream cheese one next time.

LOL rena that was what i thought when i made it i made it again for the hubby it actually liked it & i put a little more xylitol in it an it was alittle better . the other is more like bad fudge .

i can not imagine how cheese fudge would be good ,but then again i never thought i would crave cauliflower

I have an older friend who gives me the velveta fudge recipe every year. She thinks it's wonderful. I just split up the big plate of p-nut brittle and fudge that my friend gave me and gave it to a couple skinny friends for Christmas! Ha! We try to go to lunch every Sunday - I have some kind of salad and one friend has some kind of burger and fries! We're like Jack Sprat and the Mrs. The other is somewhere in the middle.  :D

I ended up putting mine in the freezer ,it was taking to long to harden up and it was perfect .(this is the first recipe ) also I think it needs the 1\2 cup xylitol or you taste the cream cheese more . I dont mind the cream chese taste but Tyler & hubby dont like it they like it sweeter like fudge !!

Hope yall liked it !
