Savory Seafood Pasta LOW CARB :)

Are you trying to decide what's for dinner? Give this recipe a try, it's fast and delicious

Savory Seafood Pasta



1 package Shirataki Noodles
1 cup of your favorite seafood mix. I used Mussels, snow crab and shrimp
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons Cream Sherry
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated Romano cheese
1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Directions;

1- Rinse the noodles well in hot water, drain and leave in colander
2- Melt the butter over medium heat and saute the garlic and seafood
3- remove the seafood from the pan and pour in the sherry the noodles and the parsley
4- Stir the noodles well then gently fold in the cooked seafood
5- Plate and sprinkle cheese on top, salt and pepper to taste

What is this cream sherry you speak of???  LOL   I know it might sound like a silly question but I have never cooked with it    This really sounds good!!

It's a wonderful wine for cooking seafood. Local liquor store will carry it. Cream Sherry

Cream sherry added to beef stroganoff will knock your socks off too!
I think it's how the sour cream and sherry "play" together!
