have not felt this before

  for a few days now, i've had this tight contraction like pain in my stomach..i believe its a true hunger feeling..it happens just before i'm due to eat..i wondered what it was..it's something new to me..i was used to eating by the clock..it's much better now..xx

I LOVE that feeling, yes it's true hunger..feels good doesn't it? Now it's important to start keeping a log when you get this feeling and learn to eat just prior to it hitting, that will be your feeding schedule. Eating by he clock instead of eating by the needs of your body is a terrible mistake all of us have made for years.
