Happy New years to everyone !! To all the new FTS folks welcome and look at this as you new way of eating not a diet !!!!!!

I think I am going to give up the sweetner in my coffee for New years !Tony told me it only takes about 3-4 days to get use to it . Maybe it will stop me from drinking so much coffee also . It is the only sweetner I have on a daily basis unless I make a dessert .

LOVE ALL YALL GUYS !!!!!!! Starting like a brand new FTS-ER !!!!!!

Happy New Year Resolutions?

Anyone making resolutions this year? Mine is to be true to myself. I'm not doing anything that's bad for me just to spare someone's feelings or further their plans. I don't have to answer to anyone except my Lord. That's my only resolution this year.  :D

Happy New Year!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

As a rule, New Year's resolutions are typically broken because New Year's day is simply another day in the future to put something off that should be done today.

Like all excuses, it doesn't hold water!
If you haven't already, make a complete 100% commitment to success with FTS... Today is YOUR day! ;D
What you do today is what matters!
