So happy
« on: January 03, 2012, 10:38:58 AM »
So my house is completely F2S.. Everything has been thrown out and new good stuff is in.. I got up early to make everyone 2 boiled eggs (0 carbs since they are sunny meadows).. Lunches have been made with all F2S stuff.. I even made over 30 homemade chicken meatballs so if anyone is hungry they can grab a couple and that should be satisfying as a snack...

feeling so good this morning... I will also start walking again today and hubby will be joining me...

 ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I'm so happy for you and your hubby, Alex! :) :) :) :) :)
It will be so much easier with your whole house being FTS-compliant.

I was still following F2S but I would be lying if I said that I didnt have an occasional bite of this or that.. I cant be a divided house... so its my way.. hahaha its for the best anyways.. I made sure to buy stuff for yummy food and in addition, I will be baking the 0 carb muffins that will have all spice and other F2s desserts so no one feels as they are being punished or deprived...

Way to go Alex!  That HAS to be so much easier.  I am still making 2 meals most nights, but it's still SO worth it to me.  Also I totally understand the taking a bite of this or that from time to time.  Honestly, I've done that some too!  :-\  I started out the New Year resolved to stop that, because I know those bites add up & I get stalled.   I am ready to get the rest of this weight OFF!  ;)

Amen to that Umpa

Every once in a while I'll sneak a bite and wonder what I ever loved about it.  French fries really taste awful to me now...LOL  :P

Amen and amen, Umpa! ;D

It's like a thinking about a fantasy and having it come true... The "thinking" part beforehand is usually much better than the experience itself.

Way to go Alex!!

I took a bite of a Churro at the theme park the other day. I used to LOVE those and oh my gosh it was nasty. So sugary, so plastic tasting. Give me my SF mint candies anyday. :)

Way to go!!!! The best ammunition to staving off cravings is having things prepared that you can snack on...good thinking.

Good for you Alex.  It is great that my husband eats the same things I do!  Tell me about Chicken Meatballs?
