About how much is NOW almond flour online? Regular almond flour is around $10 here. I've stopped buying it.

For the Now brand I found it at netrition for $ 4.69 or at Amazon $ 4.44.  I think locally it is around 5 something

I buy NOW from soap.com because they contribute to the Upromise college program.. In addition, I use promotional online coupons and save even more.. i.e. this last order I was able to get a $21 discount.. Rena, they sell the almond flour for $4.87 and I got the mega bag of xylitol (15 lbs) for $40 something.. 

aww the maple muffins are baking and smelling yummy....  I love being on track 100% with no 2nd menu

I either make my own or buy almond flour from Amazon - it's $11.50 for a 10 oz. bag here! :o

Looks like my first box from Netrition. ROTFL  Better prepared than not. ;)  I hope that is birch tree xylitol and not made from corn.  Umpa recommends buying powdered xylitol from swansonvitamins.com as it's 100% pure birch tree. NOW Xylitol is made from cornhusk.  I don't believe this is FTS approved.  The Global Sweet powdered brand is made from birch tree on netrition.
