Hi ladies, and Tony, I'm new here.

Just wanted to mention that taking B vitamins, especially with extra B-6, really helps cut down on water weight.

Welcome rlbayne  ;) B vitamins are great for energy and metabolism but not for water weight.Lemonade or green tea is a better choice.I am Umpa,Dougs wife if i can help you please ask.I have a column on the homepage called ask umpa where I can convert your favorite foods to fat to skinny friendly.

Actually I've had continued great experience with B, especially with extra B-6, in reducing water weight. I first discovered 20+ years ago when I was on birth control pills, which made me retain. I still use it now every month as needed. It's a safe and inexpensive helper, IMHO. Oh, and make sure to drink lots of water along with it.

And thanks for all the welcomes!
