Hi Beth, I just go by the regular omm recipe here on the form. I've just found that my favorite 2 flavors are chocolate, and a spice muffin.
For the chocolate one I use all almond flour adding 3 tsp hershey's cocoa and 4 mounded tsp xylitol. Sometimes I add a little shredded unsweetened coconut and it ends up tasting like german chocolate cake!
For the spice muffin I use all flaxseed meal adding my 4 tsp xylitol, some cinnamon, ground cloves & ground allspice. I don't measure the spices, I just spinkle it on there to my taste....but I do put so much that it turns the mixture darker.
Oh, and this spice muffin is unbelievably good with cream cheese spread on top while it's still warm.
I know that Rena makes the chocolate one, so she may tweak hers differently. Alex makes these too. Maybe they will give some hints too. Once you get them to suit your taste, you will be hooked!
