Hi Vmoran  Welcome to the FTS family  :)

Sweeties is right.  Most places don't mind when you order just the steamed unbreaded meat and veggies.... You for sure want to stay away from any sauces and rice.  A few that I have gone in have even had it on the menu.   ;)  Don't be afraid to ask if it isn't.... They want to make you happy.

Easy :) Simply choose any protein, shrimp, pork, beef, chicken, Tofu etc... and ask for stir fry with Napa Cabbage, Bok Choy and Bean Sprouts, no sauce just cooked in sesame oil and ginger root. They'll be happy to do it for you. No you can't nibble on the fried wonton sitting in front of you at the table, No you can't use the sweet sauce on anything, No you can't eat the rice so ask for your dish without rice.  ;)

I think Kimchi chijae (kimchi soup) should be okay...and there's a good spicy Korean seafood soup, as well! Just ask to make sure they don't add noodles.
