I can cook Ok Umpa baking is another story LOL
 :D

Toosweet These were contry style bonless pork ribs  I had never bought thme before . but there were about 4 or 5 small boneless ribs in each package . So I Put 1 T xylitol in 1/2 cup waldens farm BBQ sauce brushed it on both sides. But in cassarole dish covered in foil cooked for about 30 minuites . I took them out brushed another 1/2 cup + 1T xylitol on top of them and stuck them back in for about 5 more minuites and they were delish!!!! I will be buying them again .
to give you a idea of their size 2 ribs were a 4-5 ounce  serving .
