The powdered eggs are the only ones i didn't like.Were very expensive and hard to figure ;)

Now that everyone is loving the OMM you have to try the recipe as pancakes.  In the recipe where I say a splash of heavy cream, I put in enough to make the batter somewhat pourable.  Let me know how you like this.  Always seems like a treat to me.

Made in my silicone muffin cups.  Added Carmel Sugar Free syrup and walnuts.  Iced with cream cheese frosting (added Carmel to this too!)

I don't have any of the silicone cups, but I was making the muffins just in an old mug. Lately, I've been baking them in my little Pyrex bowls and those works really well. Give them a nice shape, especially for little cakes. They do get hot though, so be careful!
