Cinnamon Spice Cake/Cream Cheese Frosting For 2 or 1 OINKER !!!

1/4 c Now Almond Flour
1 egg
1T melted butter
1/2 t Baking Powder
1/2-1 t cinnamon
1/2 t vanilla
1-2 T xylitol or other sweetener
Melt butter mix all together cook in microwave for 1-2 minutes , It was good without the frosting,would be yummy with my coffee 

Frosting
1 ounce of cream cheese
sweetener to taste (I used my 0 carb liquid sweetener)
dash vanilla
Micro cream cheese 10-20 secs then mix with other ingredients and frost

This is how I make my OMM every morning (minus the cream cheese frosting) It reminds me of cinnamon waffles.

Thanks Jo!  I have the OMM several mornings each week, but I'm about to jazz up my spice muffin today!! This icing sounds GOOD!!  Yay!

Hey Jo!  Today I doubled the spice muffin recipe and made a little cake in the microwave here at my office!   I tried not to drool as I was icing it with your cream cheese icing recipe!  A couple of the ladies here in my office have recently started FTS, so I cut slices for them to try!  It was a HIT!!!     This icing makes me want to try Umpa's red velvet cake recipe now!   Gosh I LOVE FTS!!!!

Whoever came up with the OMM should be put on the pedestal with Katary and his Krackers - and Jo and her Flaxcrackers! It's going to have to be a BIG pedestal with Doug, Umpa, Gary, Jo and the OMM person! I have to hide the Katary Krackers from myself - if they're sitting out on the kitchen counter, I grab one every time I go by, like on my way to the bathroom, and the kitchen counter is on the opposite side of the house - sometimes I have to hurry! I'm trying to make that batch last a week - next time I'll cut them into Cheezit size bites...
