Buford you are too sweet ;) When I need black strap molasses for a recipe like baked beans I reduce(boil down) sugar free hungry man or sugarfree log cabin syrup.Very similar to cane syrup and wicked sweet. As far as the red eye gravy you have to post that request in ask umpa and as soon as I get home(i am out of town on business) I will fetch it up for you.I hope your lady friend decides to join you ;)

I received oat fiber yesterday.  I attempted to make double serving of OMM this morning and had to go to plan B! It was yuck!   It was extremely dry and no taste.  It looked like a cake  ;)
I think it will be necessary to add more flavor (strawberry, chocolate) and cream.

Did you use all oat fiber, Amber? I saw on a website that you need to mix it with something else... I failed in my first attempt with it, too. There are actually recipes out there that use it. I guess I'd better look some of them up!

I used 1/4 almond flour and 1/4 oat fiber.

Hi Romarc! :)I like it.I add it to my bread recipes to lighten them up .It also is great for dusting so you can roll things out.
