No I had those out years ago . They are all my back molars I will have to get some fake toofies after about a month . They just have huge fillings in them . I have never been blessed with good teeth . Now do not have good insurance for root canals & crowns .  :( So I will be on soft foods for awhile it seems .  Good think I like mashed cauliflower .

I'm sorry that you're having tooth troubles, Jo. I'll keep you in my prayers. I hate having a tooth pulled! I'm a big baby about it!

That Emerald ... broccoli soup comes to mind. And Doug's summer squash soup. Puree anything! (Well, maybe not lettuce.)

It might not be bad... anybody ever tried it? I wonder what you would do with it! I WON'T be trying it myself - in case you were wondering.

I made these again this time I added about 2-3 T of sesame seeds and yummy they were like wheat thins for sure
Here is the recipe
1 cup almond flour
1egg white
1/4-1/2 tsp salt
2-4 T sesame seeds

Mix together then put on  sprayed  parchment paper on pan and then press dough down flat and even as possible with othe parchment paper .
Bake at 325 for 10 minuites. Kinda watch them I have to take the ones on the ends out sooner then the center ones . These are very good amount of crackers vary . I am using bobs almond flour I do not like the now almond flour for some reason so my carbs is total of 13 will be much lower for those of you that use now .
This fixed the only thing I missed and it was my wheat thins that I use to eat with my salads and with just cream cheese .
