I've been researching stalls because it seems like I'm always in one. From what I've found, there are a lot of people in the same boat.

For myself it took me couple of years to put this weight back on then why do I expect the weight to fall off in a couple of weeks or months for that matter.  So I have given permission to myself - "it takes as long as it takes" and my faith in God to help me when I struggle.  I stop weighing myself for now.
Neat thing is that my size 18 jeans don't have to be undone to take them off - YIPPEE ;D

Love the article, thank you so much for posting it! The scale definitely isn't the only thing to go by. I am maintaining and trying to stay around the same weight. I have noticed that even at the same "scale size" my shirts are getting bigger. I was wondering how that was possible but thanks to your article it has been explained. ;)
