Finding this RED book is probably the greatest gift we have been given. After years of all those other fad diets this is something that will work.....I'm new to this and I will tell you I am a bread lover....and it's given me 148 extra pounds to deal with. I am thinking....what would I be willing to give up....well on FTS, I don't have to give up what tastes good....we have some great recipes to try....and we don't have to give up being hungry, because our hunger and cravings will decrease.....but we probably do need to let go of bread....you know picture this.....
A police officer sees a woman who is desperate -- she is going to hurt herself -- in her despair she has an object that she will use to hurt herself -- is it a gun?? NO,..... is it a knife NO.......it's BREAD!!! So the officer is yelling "put the BREAD DOWN slowly on the ground and step away -- just step away.....
Oh, it's late and I'm silly, but when I think of all the times I have HURT myself with SUGAR and bread -- and recently popcorn and pancake binges (I call it P N P) ......and when I think how the Madison Avenue kings have pushed bread and sugar and all its forms on me (and out culture) and how detrimental this has been to my health...it makes me just want to "put the BREAD DOWN and just step away."
