Umpa if something is calling for 11 packs of sweet & low ,would that be 11 teaspoons of xylitol ? It is a recipe of fudge truffles that I have had for years and just ran across it . I want to make it before I post the recipe ,just was not sure about the sweetner

4 T cocoa
8 ounce cream cheese soft
11 packs sweet & low
mix cream cheese with 2 T of cocoa 6 packs of sweet & low put in fridge for a few min, take out and roll into balls .
Mix the other 2 T & 5 packs sweet & low then roll the balls in them & keep in fidge or freezer until firm . I like them in freezer from what I remember I made these when Tyler was first diagnosed . ;D easy like I LIKE IT

i would start with a 1/8 cup and increase by tablespoons till you get the sweetness you want ;)
