Great Alex good to hear from you. Umpa and I went to Miami yesterday to pick up our 3 year old grandson Everest. We'll have him for a week :) Not sure how you can stand the traffic!

Hi Alex! :) :) :)

I was just thinking about you the other day and was hoping you and your hubby are doing well.

It's a good thing I don't believe in allowing the scale to determine how I feel about my progress!
My weight has not really changed for a few months. But, I've been continuing to shrink.
Could be because I've been doing quite a bit of heavy work around our property.
I'm gaining muscle and feeling fantastic! ;D ;D ;D

So how's life been with you?
What you do today is what matters!

Tony I don't know why but those last twenty pounds are so stubborn and hard to get off! I fought with them for a couple of months before they finally gave in and left. Being a guy I bet it happens pretty quickly for you, especially working around the house!

Hi everyone..

I havent been on because I dont want to sound like a whiner but I am in a big time funk.. Not sure what is going on inside of me.. Took a week off last week with my hubby to see if that would help and probably would have, but my youngest because seriously ill.. poor baby had hand, feet and mouth disease. I was fortunate to be home to care for him during all those days...He is much better now and I am now back to work...

You are all always in my thoughts and prayers....

Hi Alex! :)

You don't sound like a whiner.

Having illness strike a family member is nothing to feel trivial about.
Focusing on them during those times is what the Lord expects us to do.
It can be VERY draining on many levels.

I am happy to hear that your son is doing better! :) :) :)

You and your family are always in my prayers, Alex!

What you do today is what matters!

Well, I'm putting everyone in my FTS family in my prayers today! Someone must have had me in their prayers because I woke up with a back/neck problem yesterday and I couldn't move without getting zapped - had it all night, too, and couldn't turn over without considerable effort - still couldn't turn my head this morning or lift my arm, and now, just 1 hour after crawling out of bed, it's almost all gone! I can't move real fast, but I can turn my head and I feel much more limber! Thank You, Lord!

So today, every time I see your name on here when I come to check messages, I'm going to ask for favor and blessings for you specifically. If I don't see your name, I'll put you in the 'general' family blessings. Post often, get more blessings!

Prayers work for those who believe!

A key thing to remember is that unanswered prayer simply means either "No." or "Not yet.".
If we earnestly pray for anything that the Lord would allow, He will provide it in His time and for His purposes.
Waiting for His will to unfold builds "spiritual muscles" that come in handy during trying times.

May the Lord bless and keep you Sarah.
And may He also bless and keep the rest of our FTS family as well.
Let's keep saying special prayers for Doug and his mom.

Prayer brings miracles!
