Thanks Shawn...it's finally dropping again.  May be it was those 3 days of walking you and I did this week?  I might need to do that more often LOL!  Something else I have noticed that happens when I am in the dropping mode...I dream (of course that means I am sleeping better).  This morning I woke up realizing I had repaired an air conditioner in my dream last night - how cool is that LOL.  I won't tell the rest of the dream, I would be embarrassed.

Come on Suz tell us your dream!! :D i had a dream the other night I was on Survivor and Russel had stolen my clothes!I was wearing palm frawns! i got him back though I scared him so bad he pooped himself! :D :D
Good sleep is a necessity for weight loss ;)

OMG Umpa ROTFL.  Well, I'm sure some time or another everyone has had the nightmare of going somewhere in your PJ's (or something close)..  The whole story is that I was just in my bra and panties when another person and I headed into this restaurant (hard picture to imagine really) when we both noticed the noise from the air conditioner.  I felt compelled to fix it and somehow with all of my bravado managed to do so.  Woke up shortly after that trying to imagine how in the world I would have had the courage to leave my house undressed.

 :D :D :D I live in the Keys and we see people in key west all the time barely dressed and I always look at doug and say i wonder if they looked in the mirror before they left the house??? cause its not the beautiful people its people that NEED to cover up alittle more!! :D :D
