Do you usually have the fish one way, Umpa, or do you cook it in different ways each time? I tend to get in a rut with fish - pork skin coated and fried, which is quick, but gets boring.

I love Baked Fish(pat of cold butter and cooking sherry before baking) ,Florentine,parmigian,fish fingers,fish wrapped in bacon,sushi, and grilled.Love Tuna flashed fryed where it is raw served with wasabi and ginger. Got lots of fish recipes! :D

I've started eating a lot of fish too. You can cook it so many ways! I wish I could get better seafood here but I work with what we have. :)

As far as I'm concerned, there is NO bad way to make fish (other than with high carb additions)! :)

I also believe that fish is the healthiest source of protein on the planet.
Maybe that was one reason why our Lord loved to be around fishermen so much!
What you do today is what matters!
