Lobster Pate

Lobster Pate
1 ½  cups lobster meat
1 -8 oz box Philadelphia 1/3 less fat Cream cheese
2 tablespoons  cooking sherry
1 cup white cheddar shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
*Tip you could also add dill or cayenne to spice it up.
Directions

1)   Put cream cheese  in mixer with sherry
2)    add cheddar. Scrape sides of bowl.
3)   Add lobster. Scrap sides of bowl
4)   Add salt and pepper
5)   Refrigerate 4 hours.
*TIP Serve with veggies or crackers.

I love cucumber slices as a cracker substitute for this kind of appetizer.  This looks great and thanks for not stopping at the Chicken Liver variation.

Not sure I could resist eating the lobster before it made it to the recipe! :D

Lobster is my favorite food group.
Followed closely by Alaskan King and Dungeness crab... And then fresh steelhead trout! ;D ;D ;D ;D

My boys and I are going on a steelhead float trip on a coastal stream later this month.
We should be on the river when those 20-30 pound native brutes are heading upstream.

If I bag one, I'll set some meat aside for pate. :)
