Still Amazed!

You know, I have to admit, I am still shocked at the way I eat sometimes! Anybody else? I mean, my nephew isn't diabetic, I made chicken with tomato sauce and my mother n law wanted romain? noodles for him on there, and me, not being diabetic, had the freakin chance for noodles! And my brain told me not to eat them! So I, out of habbit, scrapped them off my chicken! I am so impressed with myself! Anybody else have that problem with your brain getting in the way?! LoL...Finally trained myself the Fat To Skinny Way!

Earlier on, I did.
But now, I just look at my plate and know what's up.
But I'll always be suspicious of sauces. They are notorious hiding places for sugar!

I'm glad to hear that FTS is becoming "natural" for you.
That's how it was meant to be!

I'm right there with you Stephanie...LOL  I surprise myself all the time with what I consider a meal any more.  The hubs and I went out tonight to hang with friends.  He told me that they were serving lasagna so I grabbed a slice of cheese, handful of nuts and a couple of beef sticks and went out the door.  (I know....no veggies)  If you would have told me last year that I would eat that and be satisfied for my evening meal, I would have thought you were crazy....LOL   I'm back home and not even hungry

I've only been doing FTS for 5 weeks and every day it gets easier and easier, I use the "skull and crossbones" visual

Its the teaspoons of sugar that does it for me grosses me out!
