Working together

It sure makes it easier when your spouse joins you in this major effort.  She has lost almost 30 lbs. and is getting  compliments everywhere on her appearance.
We plan meals together and are sure getting plenty to eat as we watch the scales go down and our clothes getting too big for us. I'm really proud of my wife for her effort on FTS.

Fantastic George...and you are correct, it's so much easier when the household is pulling the horse cart in the same direction!  8)

Getting healthy is something all spouses should share.
