Down one size

Down one more size not losing much  weight but losing inches so happy .

Yeah, Momma B for two reasons.  First is for losing inches.  Second, and most important, is for celebrating something besides the scale.

CONGRATS!!!!!!  ;D  That was my experience as well...lost lots of inches more than weight in the beginning. That was the most important part...being smaller!

And you are maintaining a size 8 Izzet! With me it was more important how I felt.When I eat FTS I just feel good,lots of energy.I stay within a 8-10 and eat what I want.I refuse to buy a bigger size :)
