Just finished the book last night and I'm hitting the ground running today - grabbed a protein bar and then realized that took up 8 net carbs - I brought some unbreaded chicken wings and string cheese for lunch so I should be fine in staying under the 20 net carbs... I need to re-read the vegetable chapter and make a conscious effort to drink more water - what about Mio? (any feedback?) What veggies are the best?

This forum is such a great asset and i look forward to bathing suit shopping when I'm 30lbs lighter and healthier!!

I use MIO occasionally.  It's a big help on days when getting the water in is hard.  I know that others use it because I found out about it on the forum.

I like drinking plain water so I'm not dependent on getting it flavored.

BTW, to search for things across the entire forum, go to the home page and search from the search bar near the top.

I use MiO Berry Pomegranate and love it.  I have tried the Wal Mart brand but flavor doesn't seem to be as good.
