I don't understand how our flours work together or I could help. I hate wasting ingredients and that's what I've been doing. The dough needs to be pliable and mine has been more like cookie dough in consistency. It won't stick together. I probably should use soy flour but have been trying to avoid the carbs or it doesn't do us any better than store-bought tortillas. The tortillas should be able to be frozen to keep longer, or I wouldn't mind making just what I need each time, if they wouldn't store. I'm going to move over to the tortilla thread...

It must seem like you spend all your time thinking about food, Umpa! I was thinking that last night.

I am gonna head over to youtube and see if I can find a video.Soyflour is always a last resort for me.Too many carbs and its a little bitter.I do use it for scones though.I think the oat  fiber is gonna make it possible to roll them out.I spend alot of time on food!  :D

Mustard is good for you!
I eat mustard on a regular basis on foods and in recipes! :)

It's loaded with antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids (that counteract bad omega-6)
plus B vitamins and other nutrients our bodies need.
