  :D You should all pat yourselves on the back. I'm just new and you are all awesome.  Your losses and your inventiveness regarding your recipes.  Necessity is surely the mother of invention, but you lot are very inventive when it comes to 'having your cake and eating it'.

I am the girl that when I am told I can't have or do something I will move heaven and earth to prove you wrong!! The Bakery book was written because I missed Baking from scratch and was sick of paying high prices for prepackaged foods.We have alot of kids on Fat to Skinny too and they should be able to bake cookies with mom and have a birthday cake :)
