I must confess right now... This week, I have been keeping my carbs low, avoiding all wheat and suger (Except for 3 strawberries with stevia which did NOT sit well with my body) and whatnot. A few days I lost count and probably was up closer to 30 net carbs. My final grades were due this week and its been stressful. Now I can start counting more dilligently, starting with a 4 NC breakfast this morning.  Plus, now that they super tiredness is going away, I can't WAIT to start exercising again! I plan to do that all next week. I miss it.

So overall, despite going a bit higher in carbs here and there (maybe 35 max) I feel like my body is adapting. Back to strict numbers and exercise this week. The "I'm starving" feelings are going away too and I'm starting to feel more satisfied on much less and I'm trying to train myself to eat half of what I normally eat and then wait to see if I'm hungry. And I SWEAR, I FEEL leaner, even if that means I just lost the bloat. I'll take it!

Hi Waterlilly! :)

Sounds like your just coming out of detox.

When you are more diligent about following the FTS rules, your progress will also improve.
Then, the fun part of your FTS journey will begin! ;D ;D ;D

Boy, I sure hope so! I'm back strict again this week and I have a "plan" for not eating too much. I need to get my scale to read in the 170's by the end of the week! That's a number I haven't seen in MONTHS!!

Hi Waterlilly! :)

For an optimal experience with FTS, refrain from setting deadlines for scale readings.
I've seen far too many FTS members discourage themselves doing it.

Whether we like it or not, or bodies run on there own schedules.
We can effect the schedules, but we really can't dictate their timing.

So stick to the FTS rules, enjoy everyday you're alive, and look forward to be healthier than you are today.
Stay on the course... You WILL reach your destination! ;)
What you do today is what matters!
