5 minute gooey, yummy BROWNIE!!!!

Wow, this hit the spot! Even my 16 year old son said, "Dang, mom! Your brownies get better every time you make them!"

Mix these in a microwave safe bowl:
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 Tbsp xylitol
dash of vanilla
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa

Then, stir in 1 tsp baking powder and 2 Tbsp ground flax seed (flax meal, milled flax seed, all the same).

I added a dash of Torani SF chocolate syrup for extra moisture and sweetness!

After mixing in the bowl, let it sit for a minute or two so the flaxseed thickens the mixture a bit.
Then, nuke it for 2  1/2 to 3 minutes in the microwave.  Let it sit for a minute and then enjoy. I added SF caramel sauce and whipped topping and thought I had DIED and GONE TO HEAVEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eat it right out of the bowl....it falls apart easily. I broke mine up in the bowl and then added my toppings.

Hi.

I just tried this but not sure if it came out right. It's really flat. Was I supposed to add an egg? Post a pic of yours.

Haha! I just tried it - divided it into thirds and put it in silicone cups - the first one boiled over and made a puddle in the microwave! I put the other two in the oven. Hope they do better.

Mine didn't spill over, but the bowl was a generous size. I used no eggs. Yes, it becomes quite flat and it is best to eat right out of the bowl.

SO GOOD! I just made one for breakfast!  :) I used six drops of Zero in place of the xylitol becasue I like my sweets to be sweet! The flax gave a hint of nuttiness to the brownie. I am amazed!
